How much does Markers cost and where can I get it?
Markers costs $ 2.99 and is only available on the App Store.
Is there also a version of Markers for iPhone or iPod touch?
No, at the moment Markers is only available for iPad. An optimized version for smaller screens is imaginable.
How do I use projects and documents most efficiently?
A document contains the text of the saved websites.
A project stores all the documents.
All documents belonging to the same topic should be organized in a project. List View shows the markings from all documents sorted by color.
What if I have only one project for all my documents from different topics?
List View sorts all markings by color. If there are documents from different topics in one project, passages which don‘t belong together will nevertheless be displayed in one list.
Where‘s the list with all my documents?
You‘ll find the list with all your documents on the left below the folder. There‘s a black margin on the left which you can swipe to the right to display the documents and back to the left to hide them again.
How do I get to the browser to add new websites?
Open the document list and you‘ll find a little Safari icon in the upper left corner. With it you can always access the browser and get back to the last visited website.
Can I make markings over several lines or paragraphs?
Of course. Start marking and just move your finger vertically over the lines until the end of the passage.
How do I add notes?
With a tap on a marking a popover appears which allows you to add, edit, sort and delete notes. Moreover it is possible to change the color of your marking afterwards, to copy the highlighted text or to search additional information in Google or Wikipedia.
Can I search for a text within a project / document?
Not yet. This feature is already planned and will soon be added.
